We contacted our warrantee company that we were having leakage from our water heater. They contacted Marlin and had a service man on site within an hour. He had the tank on the truck and started removing and installing immediately after receiving approval. The tank was installed in a craftsman way, the old one was removed and work area cleaned up. I appreciate not having to wait around all day to have the service man show up and he done the job in a short time.
