Oh my goodness, these guys have been so great. My ancient 31 year old roof top air conditioner finally went out in 105+ temps. Marlin rallied to get us what we needed. Until all special order parts come in, Marlin provided 3 portable A/C units to keep our doggos and us chilled in the interim. 5+ stars so far. Chad, Mike and Ben worked extremely hard under challenging conditions. From rainy weather to dealing with older outdated equipment challenges, they weren’t going away unless it was all perfect and we were thoroughly happy. They spent the time explaining all the warranty info along with future support for any problems we might have. I was encouraged to call anytime if I had questions or problems. Bottom line, just go with Marlin Plumbing, Heating and Air. I guarantee you will be happy. Thank you guys. I couldn’t have asked for better service. It performs and looks wonderful.

The men from Marlin Plumbing Heating and Air were amazing!! We had them put in a new Lennox HVAC system for us in the middle of the summer. We have never worked with a company with more integrity or tenacity. They were incredibly hard workers. We couldn’t believe their stamina when working in such extreme heat here in St. George. The project ended up being much more labor intensive than anticipated, but this company wanted to make it right every step of the way. They ended up working many more hours than expected but didn’t charge us one penny more than their bid. My husband and I know if anything were to go wrong with our system, they’d be here within a day to help us out and make things right. We’ll be telling our friends and neighbors how fantastic this company is! It’s so wonderful to have found a company that does

Zack tested all the numbers with his diagnostic meter. Our unit froze up due to demand during the triple digit heat. Our filters were too restrictive causing an airflow problem. He explained that we need less restrictive air filters to improve airflow during the summer months. Other than that the unit is running efficiently.

Marlin Plumbing is great to work with! Their customer service is outstanding. We recently had a problem with our water heater and called Marlin. It was later in the afternoons but they made every effort to get the parts needed and to repair the heater that evening. When the parts weren’t available until the following day, Bradden picked up the needed parts and had the repair done before noon. I highly recommend Marlin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Receptionist said they are busy with “big jobs” but could get us in within 6 days. It was not until I said we’d go elsewhere and leave a negative review that she offered to call the supervisor to assist. Supervisor called and was more than accommodating. We ended up going with a different plumber who was at the house within an hour. Having owned a business, service starts at the front desk or phone call.

We called Marlin Plumbing with an emergency on a Saturday. We had no hot water. They were the ONLY company out of half a dozen that I called who would come out for a repair on a Saturday. Service personnel (We dealt with two) were knowledgeable, efficient, capable, as well as friendly and nice. A good service company.

It was a pleasant surprise when Nathaniel called and said he was running early and asked if he would be able to come to our home before the scheduled time. He arrived, quickly determined the problem with our hot water heater, and went to obtain the part he needed. The efficient manner in which he replaced the part and took care of our problem shows that he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He even brought with him a small part for our shower that he had ordered for me two years ago, and I had completely forgotten about it, in spite of messages they had sent to me indicating that the part had arrived. Nathaniel is very personable and friendly, and I'm sure that the apprentice working with him will be well trained!

Took the time to set it up for us and walked me through how to change any settings if we wanted to later on. He explained the pricing clearly along the way and the final charge was exactly what he stated, there were no surpises. Patiently asked if I had any other questions before leaving. Marlin Plumbing was excellent to work with. They came, evaluated what needed to be accomplished. Recommended new water lines to the Water Heater. They worked quick, as well as evaluated a Moen cartridge while they were here. GREAT SERVICE!!

Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Adding these two items and a second stability strap, brought the installation up to current codes.

Bradden did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess left by the contractor's plumber. He added a new dispenser and filter while at the same time rerouting all the plumbing under the sink in a very neat fashion. He also apprised us of a code violation by the contractor who failed to install an Air Break in the discharge line from the icemaker...this could have led to catastrophic health issues had the check valve failed. Will have Marlin do all our plumbing in the future.

Used Merlin because they were my home warranty plumbing company, but since using them for other plumbing upgrades I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are local, family owned, dependable and honest. They would be my first choice should I need a plumber or heating and air.

When Marlin called to schedule my mom, who is elderly, she was very stressed out and upset. The gal on the phone said they couldn't come for 2 days which caused my mom to get more upset and yell, having to go without water for 2 days. The girl on the phone was kind and patient and said she would see what she could do.
She called back and said they were able to work her in same day. The tech that came out worked super hard in a small space with spiders, water, and dust everywhere in the 100 degree heat and was able to fix it same day.

Another day his brother came out with a new water heater and installed it to perfection as I stayed in the garage with him in case he needed anything or even a soda, etc. he stayed until he know the complete job was done right and everything worked properly. We had a difficult to trace Oder in a bathroom and bedroom. Tony helped us understand the process, found the broken pipe in the wall and repaired it. It was a good experience. The communication on what needed to be done and the cost was very clear.

The two techs that came to my house were excellent, the did an inspection of my cooling and heating system, pointing out some things I need to be fix, some things I probably need to fixing in future, and some things to just generally keep an eye on they were thorough, polite and did a great job. We had a tankless water heater put in and we couldn’t get hot water in a biggest portion of our house and the people that installed it didn’t seem to know what to do so we called Marlin plumbing and they came right out found out it was installed wrong and got us hot water. They were great.

I can’t say enough great things about these people. They worked diligently with my home warranty company and did a great job , they put a brand new air conditioner on my house in less than three or four hours and it was awesome and the appliances working perfect and I would recommend these guys over and over again, thanks for the great service .

The gentleman who replaced our water heater was first rate. His estimate was exactly the amount we paid! He completed the removal and installation exactly the length of time he estimated. In addition he was very personable and give us some helpful advise on other plumbing issues, that were unrelated to the problem at hand. Finally he arrived exactly on time. The gentleman who replaced our water heater was first rate. His estimate was exactly the amount we paid! He completed the removal and installation exactly the length of time he estimated. In addition he was very personable and give us some helpful advise on other plumbing issues, that were unrelated to the problem at hand. Finally he arrived exactly on time. We got a water softener and washing machine box installed about 6 weeks ago. Our laundry room looks so much better with the box installed and it has been so nice to have the water softener. I will definitely use Marlin Plumbing again next time I need something. They were prompt getting us a quote & doing the work, the bill was exactly as expected, the work was good quality, communication was great, and they even cleaned up after themselves which was impressive…not everyone does that. I also felt their pricing was very good.

My air conditioner decided to stop running properly. Refilled the Freon and it still would not cool below 80 degrees. Unit was replaced. Unit is working as expected! Very professional!
