Bradden did a very clean water heater replacement installation.After draining and removing the old unit, we talked and he put two layers of particle... board to fill and strengthen the platform for better support under the new water heater..Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Bradden did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess left by the contractor's plumber. He added a new dispenser and filter while at the same time... rerouting all the plumbing under the sink in a very neat fashion. He also apprised us of a code violation by the contractor who failed to install an Air Break in the discharge line from the icemaker...this could have led to catastrophic health issues had the check valve failed.
